
A "mouse-over" effect occurs when a user moves the mouse over an image and it changes. This is especially useful for highlighting something on the page and is used most often with navigation buttons. Open the index page to follow this tutorial.
Click on an image and click the mouseover button. The file directory will open with a list of your images. Select an image and click add mouseover. Move your mouse over the image to see the effect.
Select the image with the mouseover effect and click on properties. Next to the image information, you will see the mouseover information. Click the delete button to remove the mouseover information. Click apply and move your mouse over the image, see how the effect has been removed.
Other elements can also have a mouseover effect. Click on an element, then click the properties menu. Select the mouseover tab. Here, you can set a background image or colour to change. Select a colour and click apply. Move your mouse over the element to see the effect.
