
How to create a Navigation menu
A navigation menu is the key to your users being able to navigate quickly and easily around your site.
Simple Navigation Menu
1. Create a Text box element for each of the links that you want to create in your site. Align these elements either horizontally near the top of your page or vertically down the left hand side.
2. Select the Text Box, Click the “T” on the text box to edit it.
3. Add the text that you would like to become the navigation link
4. Select the Link icon in the text editor, and select the page that you would like to link to.
5. Click apply to save the changes.
6.Repeat this for each of the elements
Navigation Menu with drop down

7. For each of the elements add a drop down container.

8. Align each drop down container either below for horizontal navigation or to the right for vertical navigation of the parent element
9. Inside each drop down container add a small text box for each link that you would like to appear in the drop down. For example a top level link of “About Us” may contain links in the drop down for: Contact, Directions, Company History.
How to Create a Navigation Menu with Images
1. Create an image container element for each of the links that you want to create for your site. Align these elements either horizontally near the top of your page or vertically down the left hand side.
2. Select the Image, Click the Link icon on the toolbar to set a link.
3. The properties menu is now displayed, select the page that you would like to link to.
4. Click apply to save the changes.
5. Repeat this for each of the elements
6. For each of the elements add a drop down container. See drop down tutorial{link}
7. Align each drop down container either below for horizontal navigation or to the right for vertical navigation of the parent element
8. Inside each drop down container add further image elements that you would like to appear for each link in the drop down. For example a top level link of “About Us” may contain links in the drop down for: Contact, Directions, Company History.
9. Repeat the process of selecting the link icon for each of these elements.
