How do I Upload a Flash Animation or Video
Flash can add dynamic content to your website like a video or product demo. However, remember your visitors will need to have a flash player installed in their browser to be able to see it, so it is advisable that a flash video is not a fundamental part of your visitors interaction with the website.

1. Click the flash button on the toolbar
2. Browse the available flash videos and select one to add
3. Alternatively click the upload new file button, click the Select button to open a browser on your local computer. You can select a flash file up to 11MB in size to upload to your website.
4. Once you have selected or uploaded your flash file it will appear in your web page as a static element with the words: “Flash File”.
5. Position your flash element as required on your web page.
6. Save the page and select view live page to see the flash video or animation in action.

N.B Once you have added a flash animation to your website you may need to press F5 to refresh the page and clear the browser cache to see your changes.
