1. How much does the Webwam Webmanager cost?

The Webmanager platform costs £25 per month. This covers your hosting and use of the platform to manage emails, domain names and updating your site. Some applications are provided free of charge, but more incur a one-off fee. You own all the rights to any applications you buy.

2. Do I have to host my site on your servers?

At the moment, the Webmanager platform will only work on our servers. This is because we need to ensure the server configuration matches are requirements. If you were hosting your site on a shared service and the hosting company made an update, we could not guarantee everything would work smoothly.

3. What if I  decide to stop using the Webwam Webmanager?

You own all the rights to your files and database if one exists. If you buy an application, you buy the files. You are able to download a copy of your site any time, and transferring to another server is as simple as uploading these files and running the setup file. However, you would lose the ability to make any further changes to your site. Moving your system back again afterwards would incur another transfer fee.

Any site on the Webwam Webmanager includes our comprehensive hosting. As we have control over the settings of the servers, we are able to provide you with many inbuilt programming features. For example, creating secure forms that validates the results and sends them on to your client can happen in minutes.

If your client requires bespoke programming or database design, we can provide this for you. The real power of the Webwam Webmanager means that you have complete control over how dynamic content is displayed, but without any chance of affecting the programming, and as we can focus purely on the programming, we can fulfil your requirements faster and more cost effectively.

To ensure you are a serious reseller, we charge £150 per year for the development package. For this, you will get:

• Your own website with full hosting plus sign up form and login page so your clients can login directly from your website
• The ability to create websites in our development area. This means that only clients with the username and password will be able to see the site until it is live. The client only pays the Webmanager subscription fee once the site is live.
• Access to our develpers help section including phone support when every you need it.
• Entry in our resellers directory so clients looking for designers that are familiar with our software will find you
• 20% commission on everything the client buys whilst they are your customer.
• Commission free sales through our graphics shop
• Priority treatment on dynamic content and database design.
