Can I get a professional graphic designer to design my website?

Do I need to host my website on your servers?
Yes. Webmanager runs only on our hosting servers. This give us greater control over the service you receive and enables us to collect valuable statistics on your visitors which we can pass back to you via our analysis package.

I already have a website but I would like to update it, can webmanager help?
Yes we offer a transfer service allowing you to transfer your website to our hosting servers. Once the transfer has been completed you can start using webmanager to update your site.

Can I control the HTML/CSS/Javascript code directly?
Yes, we fully support all our technical users and give you free access to the underlying code that webmanager creates. We think you’ll appreciate the clean code that is produced making it far easier to maintain in the future.Can I add video to my website?

Do I have to download any software?
No Webmanager runs completely inside your browser allowing you to edit your site from any PC just by logging into your website.

Yes, we can transfer your existing domain name to our servers within a matter of hours.

Is the Webmanager reliable? Is it stable?
Webmanager isn’t a brand new product its been used in production for over a year and already has many customers around the world who use it to create and maintain their business websites.

I haven’t got the time to create a site, can you help me create it?
Yes, Absolutely we can provide design services and create your website within webmanager for you. You can then take over the site and update it yourself.

Do you support all browsers?
The Webmanager software currently supports Firefox vn. 3, Internet Explorer vn. 8, Google Chrome vn. 3 and upwards. Published websites will work in all browsers.

How do the updates I make go live on the Internet?
Whenever you save a page your changes will be instantly visible live on the internet.

Is it possible for me to create forms on my website like a feedback form or a registration form?
Yes you can easily create a form using Webmanager by dragging and dropping form fields onto your webpage. You can customise the labels and configure where the form information is sent to.

Can I upload image files?
Yes, you can upload image files easily by using our file browsers just like windows explorer. No more FTP programs!

What if I make a mistake can I undo?
There are multiple ways you can undo if something goes wrong. For instance if you want to go back to a previous version of a page you were working on we have a rollback feature which enables you to go back to multiple previous versions. We also have inbuilt undo/redo functions for layout of your page and when editing text.

Will I be able to see my website visitors statistics?
Yes Webmanager has an inbuilt comprehensive statistics package.

How Many pages can I have in my website?
We do not limit the number of pages you can have.

Can I add a shop to my website?
We are planning to add a shop application to Webmanager within Q1 2010, all existing Webmanager customers will be able to purchase this application when it becomes available.

Will I be able to download emails to my favourite client like Outlook?
Yes. You will be provided with configuration settings to download and manage your emails from desktop applications like Outlook, Eudora etc.
