4. The application now appears in a new folder in your Webmanager account along with the pages that the user will see. You can open and edit these pages as much as you need to using the standard Webmanager tools

All applications are charged at a one-off price. Once you have bought the application, you are the owner of this, even if you eventually move your site to another hosting company.
